The names and emails of the prospects will be sent to your email.
About 40%-60% of the prospects will also give our their phone numbers and those will also go directly to you (the realtor) so you can call them immediately and establish a realtor-client relationship. 
As a part of this service, we will be sending 3 months long of emails sent every 4 days. The contents of these emails are valuable information and tips. Your name and business information will be on these emails.
The purpose of these drip emails is to create a brand for your name and business in your prospects minds.
Once you have email addresses start coming in, you also may subsequently send out emails containing the latest and updated list of homes you have in your market daily which will get you more exposure.
Although majority of prospects might not buy at the first offer, creating long term relationships with them will benefit you (the realtor) in the long run.
Most realtors don't realize that most of the sales in real estate are out of long term relationships built on trust they have received from their clients and the value they have given to them. 
People are very sensitive and are able to easily determine when a realtor is only out to make a sale and could care less about what the clients need.
Remember, people really don't care about what you know regarding your business unless they know how much you care about them.
Receiving 200-400 prospects a month will not do any good for your business unless you know how to take care of people.
Prospects who want to view your properties for sale may or may not buy on your 1st encounter with them but that doesn't mean they are not interested in purchasing a home in the future.
So the key is to build a long lasting realtor-client relationship and this is what our CRM or Customer Relationship Management program is going to help build.
